Credit Facility Utilization Report

The Credit Facility Utilization Report shows the extent to which the overdraft facility for each client has been utilized at a specific date. Other than the Usage of Overdrafts which shows the overall use of all clients who have accessed the overdraft facility, the Credit Facility Utilization Report, analyses the use of the overdraft at a single client level over a period of time.

How to view the Credit Facility Utilization Report

To view the Credit Facility Utilization Report, go to Savings\Overdrafts\Credit Facility Utilization Report. A screen like one below will appear:

• Product: From the drop down, select the savings product from which the credit facility utilization report should report on e.g. "Free savings". or tick the Check for all checkbox to include all types.
• Client code: Click the Choose Client button to select the client you would want to report the credit facility utilization report, e.g., "KA/I/000001".
• Multiple accounts: When this option is ticked the system gives option of selecting various clients from a range for which to report on the credit facility utilization like one below:

• Specify the client type to report on, i.e., Individual, Groups or Business.
• Facility approved on: In the date fields specify the period range you want to report about e.g. "01/01/2020" to "02/06/2020" all overdrafts that were accessed by the client over that period will be displayed.

Click on the OK command button to view the report, which will look like one below:

Click on the Close command button to exit the menu.
